ACCOMMODATION

On-line Conference registration and accommodation is closed - delegates to make their own accommodation arrangements.

Limited accommodation has been reserved at the five hotels listed below. Please make all reservations and amendments through the Congress Secretariat, Plevin & Associates Pty Ltd. Bookings received after Monday 17 March 2008 cannot be guaranteed. Please note that these are room rates only. All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a room deposit or credit card details. If paying by credit card, Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd will not process payment for accommodation. Your credit card number and the amount authorised will be forwarded to the hotel. You are responsible for paying the balance of your account directly with the hotel on departure. Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance. The star ratings below are those provided by Australian Motoring Organisations. The Conference Organisers make no warranty as to the accuracy of the star ratings.

The hotel has high ceilings, chandeliers and palms. Features include ensuite rooms with coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, refrigerator and colour television. Amenities include a laundry and kitchen facilities. Reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

	Adelaide Riviera 31-34 North Terrace four star Fully Booked (5 minutes walk) $125/room/night single/double Check-in: 1400 Check-Out: 1000 At the family friendly Best Western Adelaide Riviera, guests will be greeted with a warm reception and will enjoy spacious, clean and well maintained accommodation, just moments from Adelaide's main attractions. Ideal for those who value the qualities of a four star hotel, we comfortable cater for business and leisure stays.

	Mercure Grosvenor 125 North Terrace four star Fully Booked (2 minute walk) Standard $145 per night single/double Check-in: 1400 Check-Out: 1100 Located in the heart of Adelaide close to the Festival Theatre, shopping precinct, the business district, opposite convention centre, casino and suburban railway station. Suites and deluxe rooms with balcony, bath and foldaway bed. Mercure standard rooms with bath, foldaway bed and room safe, and suites with spa bath all available on request. No hairdryer or mini bar in economy rooms. Foxtel and movie link in all rooms.

Amendments and Cancellations

Any amendments or cancellations must be made through Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd in writing. Your amendment or cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a copy of any changes requested.

Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels will be at the discretion of the hotel. No refunds will be made from this office. Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance.
